Dean is a Registered Professional Engineer in Vermont (#5696). His company carries full Commercial and Professional Liability Insurance coverage.

Dean provides civil and environmental consulting services to the private and public sectors. He conducts water supply, wastewater, stormwater and erosion control design and permitting work for commercial and residential projects. He performs site civil designs for commercial and industrial sites. He inspects and prepares summary reports for existing water and wastewater systems. His company provides site total station surveys, reducing data to AutoCAD plans. He performs Site Investigations at contaminated sites, and prepares and reviews Corrective Action Plans for state submission. He inspects above-ground and underground fueling facilities, and prepares and updates Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans and Contingency Plans. He provides expert testimony at court hearings and Act 250 hearings.

Mike Mainer

Mike has been at Grover Engineering since early 2011. He prepares permit applications, conducts surveys and other field work and performs data reduction and analysis, CAD drafting, GIS work, report writing and office support. Mike is a Class A licensed wastewater system designer.
